It is 9AM Saturday morning. Gosh, that's early.
I am excited as I am getting my dirty orange blonde hair all fixed up to be pretty and white and shiny again!!
I am also excited as it is just under a week until I go to Perth to visit my beautiful friends and family for a whole week!! Shall be very exciting times!
If you read my facebook earlier this week you would know by now that I spilt a glass of pepsi on my boss and her desk. It was MORTIFYING!! I stood there in shock with the glass still tipped over and my mouth open, she was the one who was pro active enough to stand up and start getting paper towels to mop it up! - She wasn't even mad at me, she laughed - now that is a GREAT boss.
Glad to say that I am still employed and love my job even more that I can accidentally spill a glass of pepsi on my boss and still love my job!
My little bird Juan is outside playing with his toys this morning. He is such a little dude, such a personality. He has very long eyelashes too I discovered this morning after we had a starring contest. He won.
Ok well it is time to get into the shower and have something to eat and drink as hair time is looming and I am still sitting on the couch in my pjs - ahh the bliss of it!

Today is Tuesday...
Today is Tuesday. Tuesday is, in my opinion, the worst day of the week.
When it's Monday, it sucks, everyone know's it's Monday and the first day of the week.
Wednesday is hump day - we can all get a little excited because in our little state the middle of the week calls for half price / 2 for 1 drinks and free entry out on the town.
Thursday is one day closer to Friday and you can start to plan your weekend / recover from Wednesday.
Friday we all know and love and watch the clock until knock-off time and the first taste of the beer we have been craving all day.
But Tuesday, Tuesday's suck. It's closer to Monday than Friday and nothing all that special happens on a Tuesday.
On this particular Tuesday nothing is really happening.
Day's like this give you that "urgh, really?" feeling. On Tuesday last week I was excited to pick up my brand new car.
On this Tuesday I have started a "7 Day Detox" that involves taking 6 giant capsules 30 minutes before breakfast and again before lunch - yes that is 12 tablets a day.
I am crossing my fingers that it works as not being able to exercise and being unable to control my love of food and eating is not really doing the best for my waist line - infact it is fat and gross. So fingers crossed for the detox pills people!!
If incase you were wondering what the name of my blog refers to "I just want to be wonderful" it is said by Marilyn Monroe and I like her am striving to just be wonderful in everything and anything that I try to accomplish.
On this particular Tuesday at this particular moment it is raining.

Day One
Today is Day One - The first official blog post by me - Shelby!
Today I would like to share with you my amusement at the sight that I saw from my office window at work today. At around 3 o'clock my boss and I heard some rather loud whistling and "coooo eeee-ing". The source of this noise was a pair of young immature tradies on the second floor balcony of the building across the road. They were yelling "coooo-eeee" at people walking past and whistling and laughing when the people walking past looked up and around to see where the noise was coming from - Honestly, do people not have better things to do in life than yell out at strangers? Sure maybe it's fun when you're 3!!
I did laugh rather loudly myself tonight when A Current Affair showed a story on rogue Irish gypsy's. I had no idea that Australia was being over-run by gypsy's. The thing that made this more hilarious is that my boss in Sydney, the director of the company I work for - is Irish! Classic.
That is all for now, Will post again tomorrow xx
